But insurance rates are usually affected by many things, like what type of insurance, where it's bought, the customer's needs, and other factors. The rate might be decided differently in different countries or even in different areas of the same country.
And now, interest rates are going down again, which can be good for some things but not so good for others. Insurance companies might not be as profitable if they get less interest on their money. But the good news is, there are still some very successful insurance companies out there!
