D: I always thought that "investment bank" was a specific type of job, and not a separate entity. A: Investment bank can mean two things. One is the job, and the other is the bank that focuses on investment.

Nice summary of the long argument between Keynesians and Austrians. One question: you suggest that "free market money (at least in theory) should eventually become neutral." What is the nature of the neutrality you are referring to?

Dear Anon, I don't believe it was necessary for Congress to intervene in a dispute between two private sector entities. I'm referring to the treatment of the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy in 2008. What was your opinion of this intervention? Did it align with your political principles?

What made the writing dishonest and unethical? This article did not appear dishonest or unethical.
### mikerowe3:
Yes. I've written many factual pieces that were also dishonest. If you think that is confusing, try this. I've written many FACTUALLY INCORRECT pieces that were also honest. Which is worse?
### DailySpeculations:
I agree that "The Little Prince" is an odd example for the comparison. It is a beautiful book, with metaphorical and existential themes - hardly a typical children's book.
### JRaleigh:
The author’s contemptuous manner towards parents who want to share the story of the Little Prince with their children is off putting. I think it is dishonest and unethical to belittle the efforts of parents and accuse them of an ulterior motive to indoctrinate their children into “a type of radical environmentalism” merely because they believe the book is worth sharing with their kids. The parents I know have no illusions about the fantasy of the story. They see it as a teaching tool that can open up conversations about important values like love, trust, and our responsibility for the world around us. The suggestion that parents are actually seeking to indoctrinate their kids into a certain ideology is insulting and baseless.
### rhubarb2003:
Making negative generalizations about parents, criticizing their motives, and creating a hostile environment are all characteristics of dishonest writing. This article had those qualities.
### JRaleigh:
If you are aiming to make a point and give an explanation, that’s a completely different matter than suggesting that parents are only interested in indoctrinating their children. This article made assumptions about the motives of parents that were not justified. It’s one thing to argue that the book has certain values and another to accuse parents of indoctrinating their kids into a certain ideology.
### DailySpeculations:
You're making a very specific assumption about the writer's motives. Is it possible that they genuinely believe what they are saying and are not trying to start an argument?
### JRaleigh:
It's hard to determine what the writer's true motives were. However, the way they presented their argument and attacked the motives of parents seemed to be more focused on stirring up controversy than giving a fair and balanced analysis of the book's values. In any case, I don't think it's right to dismiss the writer's views as baseless or dishonest without
